"Dushi" is a word from Papiamento, the beautiful language spoken in the Caribbean islands of Aruba, Curaçao, and Bonaire. It means "sweet," "delicious," or even "beloved," perfectly capturing the essence of the joy and comfort that food brings to our lives.
Here at Simply Dushi, I share recipes inspired by my love for Caribbean flavors, where every bite tells a story of warmth, tradition, and love. But my journey doesn’t stop there—I’m also passionate about exploring cuisines from around the world. From hearty Italian pasta to Asian-inspired sweets, I believe that every dish has its own kind of “dushi” magic.
