*A Quick and Easy Cinnamon French Toast Recipe for a Sweet Breakfast Treat* #brunch #Glutenfree ### Introduction I’m not usually a big fan of sweets—more of a hearty person myself—but every now and then, I do enjoy a treat. And nothing hits the spot quite like French Toast! The important part of this recipe is the right bread. I will swear by brioche bread for making french toast cause it will soak up the egg-mixture so much more than other types of bread transforming into a delicious crispy creaminess that I believe only brioche bread can give you. This recipe is easy to make and can be adapted for gluten-free folks by simply choosing the right bread! My recommendation? Use the brioche bread from Schar for the perfect texture and flavor. Made with pantry staples like eggs, cream, brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon, this French Toast is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and always delicious. Perfect for a weekend indulgence or a quick sweet fix! ### Ingredients for 2-4 people * 2 eggs * 40 ml of thick cream (30% fat) * 3 teaspoons of brown sugar * A dash of cinnamon * 1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma * Brioche bread (sliced) *Note for my gluten free babes out there use the brioche bread of Schar ![[Pasted image 20241201150349.png | 250]] ### Instructions 1.
