Sometimes, time is tight, and you need a quick brunch or lunch. This recipe is perfect—it’s easy to make, packed with flavor, and still healthy.

> For everyone that is wanting to do this gluten free, you can swap out the tortilla with gluten-free tortillas such as a classic corn tortilla or tortillas that are branded gluten-free.
### Ingredients 4 people
* Smoked salmon(250 gr/ 50 gr per tortilla)
* Cream cheese/paturain (2 teaspoons per tortilla)
* 1 cucumber (sliced)
* 1 boiled egg per person/tortilla
* Sprigs of dille
* Handful of spinach leaves
* 1/2 lemon (juice)
* 1 teaspoon of capers per tortilla
* 1 tortilla wrap per person (medium size)
* Salt and pepper to taste

### Instructions
1. Heat up the tortilla
2. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla
3. Add all the fixings such as the cucumber, spinach and sprigs of dille
4. Add the pieces of smoked salmon and the sliced boiled egg

5. Squeeze the lemon juice on the salmon
6. Add the salt and pepper to taste!
7. Wrap the tortilla
