Perfect for a light lunch, a fun easygoing fresh dinner, or a show-stopping appetizer, this fusion dish delivers restaurant-style flavour with zero fuss. ### Ingredients * Sashimi grade tuna (200 grams) * Sesame oil (1 teaspoon) * Soy sauce (2 teaspoons) (use tamari soy sauce for gluten free version) * Siracha (2 teaspoons) (or more if you want it even more spicy!) 1 * Mayonaise (2-3 teaspoons) (kewpie mayo is even more delish!) * Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon) * Avocado (1 medium sized) (optional) * 6 sticks of surimi crab (optional) * Tortillas * Virgin olive oil ### Instructions 1. Cut the tuna in small 1 cm cubes and put them in a bowl. In this bowl add the sesame oil, soy sauce, siracha sauce, mayo and sesame seeds and mix well.
