Preheat the oven at 185 degrees Celsius. > [!tip] > In order to have an even cook in the oven it is important to let the salmon get to room temperature before cooking it in the oven. This is especially important if you are using frozen salmon. 2. Start by smearing salmon in virgin olive oil. Afterwards season the salmon with the dried herbs and make sure the top of the salmon is fully coated. Salt and pepper to taste and add in the oven for 20-30 minutes for 400 to 500 grams of Salmon.
