### Introduction

### Ingredients for 4 people
* Pearl couscous (400 grams)
* Seafood mix (250 grams)
* Cherry tomatoes(100 grams)
* 1 paprika (preferably red or orange for more sweetness)
* Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
* 1 lemon (juice & zest)
* 1 shallot (diced)
* 50 grams of pearl onions (50 grams)
* approx 1/2 big shallot
* Capers (2 teaspoons)
* Virgin Olive oil
* Salt & pepper to taste
### Instructions
1. Cook the pearl couscous according to the instructions.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and dice the paprika and the shallot
3. Mince the garlic
5. Add the diced shallot to the pan and cook them till softened
6. Add the seafood mix to the pan and start cooking them for 1 - 2 minutes
> [!Notes]
> If you use frozen seafood mix that is totally fine but it may need a bit more cooking to fully thaw.
6. Add the cherry tomatoes, paprika, capers, minced garlic, and pearl onions and continue cooking.
7. Zest the lemon in the pan and mix well
8. Add the cooked pearl couscous to the pan and mix all ingredients well
9. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice for freshness
10. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve!
