*Easy, nutritious and just plain delicious authentic greek salad

### Introduction
We can have a debate about this but a good Greek salad, definitely belongs to the Salad Classics. At least in my book!
Simple Ingredients and with that saltiness of the Feta...Hard to beat.
Let's get started!
### Ingredients for 2 - 3 people
* 1 Cucumbers
* 3 Tomatoes (medium sized)
* 1 Red and/or 1 Green pepper
* (Kalamata) Olives (50 gr)
* Feta (150 gr)
* Dried oregano (2 teaspoons)
* Virgin olive oil to taste
* Salt & pepper to tast
### Instructions
1. Roughly chop the cucumber, tomatoes and the peppers and add them to a large bowl
2. Add the olives to the bowl and crumble the feta. Do splurge on getting good greek olives like kalamata olives and good feta from a decent brand. Since it's a simple salad you will regret not splurging a little bit as good ingredients go a long way for taste in this case!
3. Add the dried oregano, crumble the feta to the bowl and douse everything in virgin olive oil like only a true greek will do. Mix everything and add the salt and pepper to taste.
Serve ! καλή όρεξη!
